Ida Hadoto Josephine Mikisa, Ph.D.

Para-Church Administration and Family & the Community in Christocracy.

She is the Director of Development and Associate Dean of the University. She is an ordained minister by the Morris Cerullo Ministry and the Joseph Kalema Ministry. Her ministry work in Uganda included counseling women, youth, and couples. Additionally, she encouraged ministers to work together, organizing and funding seminars for pastors and church leaders of both the evangelical and Anglican faith. She graduated with a Doctoral Degree in International Family and Community Studies from Clemson University, SC (2018), A Master’s Degree in Agriculture  Development from Aberdeen University, UK (2000), a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development from Reading University, UK (1992) and a diploma in Education (Physics/ Chemistry) from Kyambogo University, Uganda.

She is a member of the United African Congress and volunteers for the Lady Be Bless Humanitarian Foundation as the Director of Research and Development. She worked with Clemson University as a Research Assistant (2015-2017). Worked for Send a Cow as the Team Lead for the Africa based Technical support team covering seven countries in Africa (2014-2015), worked as the Gender and Social Development Coordinator East and Southern Africa (2006-2015), as the Country Director Send a Cow Uganda (2015-2016 and 2000-2003), and as Gender and Social Development Manager Send a Cow Uganda 1997-2006). During her work with Send a Cow the program impacted over 20,000 households in Uganda and improved the livelihoods of an overall 1.7 million people in Africa – in areas of food security, incomes, health, cooperate work, savings and credit, and business management.
